i didn't have coffee and toast
i just had dinner
and
i didn't get a lot of sleep
in the hopes that i will not stay up all night
i love staying up all night
but
it is my plan
to get some specific things done tomorrow
so
not being too rigid about it
imma get up between 6:30 and 8:30
i have a short list
if i finish that list
i have a couple extras i can do or not
depending on how i feel
you notice how quickly i reverted
to my natural cycles
stay up til 6am
sleep til between 12 and 2
that's what i will naturally do
everything else
is unnatural for me
my second most natural
is get up at 3 pass out at 9 or 10
but
i really have to be doing some kind of physical work
to make that work
or i don't pass out
and that ruins the whole system
i may ultimately
i will ultimately
adjust this schedule
but
just to like reinforce that
i'm not just fuckin around
"normal" schedule from work tomorrow
