so i didne't get up early
but i'm not too upset about it
because
the virtual town hall thing
on thursday evening
eliminates both those
potentially wait forever
phone calls

also
i should be able to be with you thursday as well
so, pretty happy generally

did some research
found out calendula (marigold) is also
a lymph mover
probably not as strong
but that's one of my plants
so i ordered a bottle of that
and it will be replacing the poke root
at least for daily usage
marigold has a happy energy signature

i was sure i read somewhere
something else
like unexpected that calendula tincture was good for
and i couldn't find it immediately
and went down a rabbit hole

like i never worked at that place at all
