quotidienne: coffee + toast 4:3

my head feels better
i'm not upset about sleeping in
i had wound myself up to a right state
and i feel better generally now

i hope you're doing well

i think it's interesting
that my dreams seem mostly now
to be set in crowds
or parties
places filled with people
that wasn't typically the case before

toast today was 12 grain bread with sunflower butter
coffee with soy milk
might eat strawberries in a little while

i've got the windows open again
on the one hand
i don't like it
it makes me feel less safe
because things aren't locked up
i have to be watching everything
but
it was getting stuffy
and it's 82 degrees
which isn't that hot yet
but
the inside felt a lot hotter than
if say you just went and stood outside

i still have a headache
but it's not terrible
