SOME of THIS information 
MAKES a LOT more SENSE than the 
DEPRESSION model
for some of what 
I'm NOW 
NOT 
all that COMFORTABLY calling
executive disfunction

BECAUSE 
BEFORE 
your strategy was
BE
LESS
DEPRESSED 

NOW
it's KINDA like 
FIGURE out 
the
WORK-AROUND

& there IS NO bullsh*t that that I cannot WORK my WAY around*

THAT is something I been THINKING about 

I THINK 
we should JUST STOP spending ANY energy on
WORRYING about ANYTHING 

ALL that SPINNING out SCENARIOS 

WE don't NEED that

we need information 
we need to KNOW 
HOW 
WE
think & feel
SKILL level

ASSESSMENT appropriate, ya know

BUT 
DON'T 
weave it all into scenarios

DON'T 
make the CASE for every unfortunate OUTCOME 

THOSE things
at LEAST 
distract you in your 
MOMENT of 
FOCUS**

**because you stop to look for which one it matches instead of meeting the moment open

AND
at the WORST 
it SINGS forth THOSE realities
INTO QUANTUM 
BITES you in the ass

we GOTTA keep the 
CORTISOL down
in case that
gluteal tendonopathy is real
