he got tripped by his dog
fell on the stairs
BROKE
his
NECK
NOSE
ORBITAL bone
he looks
I MEAN
the wounds seem consistent
with the STORY
BUT
if he told me
that he went to a pride event
& was brutally beaten
I'd believe that
just as easily
it makes me
get this WEIRD physical sensation
I used to get it
with just
EMPATHY for other people's PAIN
BUT
in recent years
it has expanded to
THEORETICAL pain & including my own
LIKE
if I THINK about
myself
or
someone else
getting hurt
I get this WEIRD phantom pain
with an edge of
WRONGness
running up the back of my legs
into my groin
& up my spine
do you get THAT
I don't know how prevalent it is
I KNOW it's not
JUST me
I hope you are SAFE
I don't know WHY I found the
gavin newsom thing
SO distracting
the WHOLE trying to
CREATE a
state of emergency
& the USE of California
is pretty distracting
BUT
I've been trying
NOT to get
all distracted
I had
SO
MANY dreams
I don't REMEMBER any of them
BUT
I FEEL like
they were

& I FEEL like
YOU were in them
