THEN, I'm LIKE 
NO
it's LESS intense than THAT

you HAD diet and MORE or LESS exercise 

you HAD supplements 

you WERE on an UPWARD trajectory

you're NOT being REASONABLE 

BASELINE 
is IMPROVING 

you have NO FOUNDATION for hopelessness

you just RAISED your STANDARD based on
THINKING you can just DO things

BUT 
REMEMBER 

we're learning to do it
SUSTAINABLY 

the things I'm reading 
& watching 
indicate 
that is is PROBABLE that
BOTH
menopause & pandemic 

would have
EXACERBATED 

a BUNCH of this stuff
