can just EATING a lot
of PROTEIN 
make you muscles
& skin
LOOK better 

I know protein repairs tissue 
BUILDS tissue

BUT I haven't been 
walking in the rain
I haven't been exercising 
I haven't been 
wearing the compression shirt either 
I couldn't get USED to it 

my arms look
KINDA plumped
in a defined way
it just reads more muscle-y
but it isn't bothering me 

I'm not losing weight 
BUT I think 
stuff's moving AROUND 
OR I'm having 
POSITIVE dysmorphia*
*is that a thing
