FIBER
today
I guess I normally eat
QUITE a bit
BUT
the all eggs all the time diet
had ZIPPO
that PACHA bread
has issues
the bread slices
are UNMANAGEABLE
in my FANCY f*CKing toaster
that adjusts to
ANY
size or shape
the english muffin configured
"BUNS"
TOAST fine
but have this even weirder taste
it irritates me
that it's all NOT QUITE enjoyable
BECAUSE
the taste is growing on me
& the smaller size
is better for
the way I eat now
I've gone through
HALF
one of each
I had "buns" with peanut butter on
for brunch
with the two asian pears I had left

& bone broth
for dinner
