I've been resting it and stretching it and massaging it and taking hot showers and doing everything I can think of to try to make it better
And it was all locked up
So I mean it hurt all the time
When I sit
It hurts
When I stand
It hurts
When I walk
It hurts
When I lay down
It hurts
But as it's gradually gotten a little bit better
The problem is that it's not all locked up
So it seems like it's better
But then when I move and certain ways it's excruciating
And it's hard to feel like that's actually better
