I made a meal plan
for my mom
I THINK 
she
feels like sh*t
because she doesn't get enough

then put it in the machine

for her I'm just mixing my coffee whey protein 
into some coconut water
with some MCT C-8 
BLEND

she's a sucker for ice cream
I hope this texture works
I'm wanting it to be

so she can eat the whole thing
