should do some kind of civil or military service

or RENEW
or BEAUTIFY
or CULTURALLY preserve
we could urban garden
we could TEACH people
important SKILLS
we could just have it be kids for a year or two after highschool
OR
we could open it up in other ways
CREATIVE solutions for HOUSING
there are SO MANY ideas
we could do prizes or grants or something

the IDEA is to get people into
HOMES they OWN
I MEAN
universal healthcare

MAYBE
it could include alternative medicine
