ever since I started

FOOTBALL
I find
it has all this
FAMILY
stuff
I GUESS
we were a sporty
family
my AUNT JOAN was
the DRIVING force
BUT
my dad
almost never watched sports
I remember asking him about it
I WISH I could
REMEMBER
EXACTLY
WHAT
he said, but I'll give you
MY UNDERSTANDING of his
FEELINGS
he was living
EVERY DAY
with
physical reminders
& it just wasn't
THAT
FUN
to watch
he could watch it
BUT
he just wasn't THAT into it
I THINK that was
I'm seeing the
APARTMENT
we lived in when I had the chicken pox
so I was in second grade
we ONLY lived there
ONE year
I had NOTICED he
SEEMED to KNOW about sports
BUT
he didn't seem to
PAY much attention to it
ANYWAY
I'm having all these
FEELS
thinking about football
