beer garden [maybe sounds too much like a business plan]

once i started thinking about beer gardens
i
ultimately
stated thinking about beer gardens
and i have this idea for one, kinda
maybe it's not fully formed
but
it's about the experience

i then want to control and produce everything

but
i'm not sure that's the way to go
i think, if you could pull it off
a curated experience, maybe, works better

at least to start
because then the focus is on the focus

rather than having a kitchen
have a pad for food trucks

and
there's the who tea element, possibly
and, or, comestibles

i'm thinking

everything would have to allign right
but it could be a good idea
