the conjuring of trees

i dreamed that i was
needing to
i'm not sure exactly
prepare a town, maybe

there was a town
and
all the land surrounding it
was open farmland
and
it needed a woods

i'm not sure why
but
i thought, in the dream
for the enjoyment of the townsfolk
and so there would be some
beautiful gateway on approach

so

i had my daughter conjure trees
