The Improved Version of Fasting Mimic I'm doing this week

Breakfast:  Cocoyo 

Prolon bar 3-4 hours later

2 Oatcakes with Chlorella 3-4 hours later

Dinner:  1/2 small spaghetti squash w/a tbsp of white miso stirred in
5 olives
a handful of dried golden berries 
Aqua Kefir
